BENDING

Bending working can be carried out thanks to important machines in our plant. We own four bending presses, two Armada slaves and a digitally controlled Trumabend 170 of the latest generation, as well as manual bending machines. Our most important benders are endowed with motorized stops and can shift diagonally. We have a 220-tons-heavy machine that permits bending working up to 4 meters, as well as a 170-heavy-one arranged for controlling angle bends. All our benders are endowed with swages and matrixes for realizing every kind of working requested. Trumatic 500R is one of the latest punching-machines

and can work iron up to 8mm.Thanks to its head it can work complex form without any problems. It can place 18 tools with the chance of mounting multiple tools with 4 or 6 drift-pins on one single station. Morover this machine is equipped for countersinking, threading and drawing thanks to a lots of tools. Among cutting-machines we enumerate some traditional machines such as shears, which can cut up to 3 meters and also one-drifted pin punching-machines. For cutting outlines we use a Kaltenbak and a cropper equipped with large stores provided with sheets and outlines of different measures.
